Cooling and heating are vital for our modern society. We need it to keep food fresh, store data and medicine and provide comfort heating.
However, a climate system needs a refrigerant - a fluid that moves heating and cooling from one place to another. The challenge with refrigerants is that most of them have a negative impact on either the environment or the climate or both.
We use only CO2 as a refrigerant. CO2 is a natural refrigerant. It does not deplete the ozone layer, it does not have a negative impact on the environment, it is non-toxic, non-flammable and it is also very energy efficient.
