Full Climate Solution with high capacity
SteelXL is a full climate solution delivering cooling, freezing, air-conditioning and heating in one. It delivers up to 2,7 MW cooling or 4 MW heating. The rack can be installed in parallel for higher capacities; up to 50 MW or more.
When combining cooling and heating in one, you do not need to install air-conditioning units and fossil fuel burners.
Configurable
SteelXL is configurable with multiple options and combinations to cover all your needs. All components and options are calculated tested and validated individually and in combination according to vibrations, noise, assembly, high temperatures and high pressure demands.
The solution is CE-marked and I/O tested.
Easy and fast installation
To ensure a stable construction that is easy to handle with a crane and forklift, the frame is fully welded, with all functions and options integrated within it and the electrical panel mounted on it.
All controllers are fully programmed and documented for fast and easy installation, and open parametric controllers for easy access to other systems.
Short
To fit large capacities in smaller places, the SteelXL has been designed with a shorter length, multiple suction groups, and a larger receiver capacity within the frame. The rack is based on the latest CO2 technologies, with fewer parallel components and valves.
No safety risk management is required, so it can be placed directly next to the facilities where needed.
Energy efficient
The pipe design and sizing ensure less pressure loss and, thereby, higher energy efficiency. Add to that the latest energy-saving options, and you have a highly energy-efficient solution. The energy you save today you do not need to produce tomorrow.

High quality
The configurable design is based only on industrial components, ensuring reliable daily operation and the same high quality every time.
The anti-corrosion paint on piping is designed for 25 years, and
the pipe system is optimized with fewer connections and hand-made high-quality insulation.
The frame is fully welded for safe handling and protection of the pipes and options.
