All Advansor heat pumps are based on the natural refrigerant CO2 . Natural refrigerants are not regulated by the EU F-gas directive, which has decided to phase out chemical refrigerants.
Natural refrigerants like CO2 are the only refrigerants that are non-toxic, do not destroy the ozone layer, do not harm our drinking water, and have a global warming potential of 1.
Investing in a CO2 heat pump is therefore not only a sustainable choice, but also a future-proof choice.
Air-water & water-water heat pumps up to 10 MW
Our configurable CO2 heat pumps deliver from 150 kW up to 3 MW in a single unit and up to 10 MW in parallel using either air or water as heating source.
We only use industry known, high quality components and we perform full component and system testing in our own R&D lab.
All heat pumps are CE marked and fully factory tested for fast and easy installation.
1:1 REPLACEMENT OF FOSSIL FUEL BURNERS
With CO2 heat pumps, it is easy to replace existing gas and oil burners with a fossil-free and sustainable alternative.
Many buildings with traditional heating systems like radiators have been designed for high-temperature delivery (<85°C). CO2 heat pumps can deliver high water temperatures up to 85°C, and thereby easily replace existing gas and oil boilers.
85°C WATER OUTLET IN ALL CLIMATES
Advansor CO2 heat pumps can deliver water temperatures up to 85°C making them ideal for comfort heating, hot tap water, and process heating. Also in cold climates.
HIGH COP
A unique feature for CO2 heat pumps is the high COP in applications where a high temperature difference is required between water inlet and outlet temperature.
As a result, CO2 heat pumps require less water circulation and thereby smaller pipes and smaller water pumps. The end result is less electricity and higher COP.
SMART OPERATION
Advansor CO2 heat pumps use smart controls to avoid peaks of grid strain and shift load to times when the grid can best accommodate it.
Heat storage
CO2 heat pumps can be equipped with buffer tanks to store heat to cover demand during peak times.
Quick start and stop
Quick start and stop due to effective part load regulation of the compressors.
High COP
CO2 heat pumps produce more energy than they consume and thereby reduce the overall load on the grid.
